Slot Permissions for a Custom B-Tier Character.
The following is permitted:
-Any base color except Unique
-Any rare base modifiers allowed, but only 1 Legendary, and no Unique
-All regular traits may be up to Rare, with only 1 Legendary, and no Unique
-Up to 20 markings, with any amount of them allowed to be up to Rare, with 1 Legendary, and no Unique
-Allows for up to 8 mutations total of any rarity, except Unique
-Up to 8 boosts in total, but only one Legendary, and no Unique
-The Recessive or Dominant aspect of each gene may be chosen.
-The base stats are mostly randomized, but you may choose between Weak or Healthy
-You may choose any seasonal traits or markings regardless of if the game is currently in the respective season.
