Allows for a larger Appaloosa range (but not too far from the back end) and for it to have the same edge as Frosted. Becomes Tier 3, with the same color and tones as Appaloosa.

Frosted + Snowed
Allows for Snowed to have varying hardness of spots and flecks along the edge, otherwise has Snowed's rules.
