Allows for full body allowed veins coverage that otherwise follows Veins's rules.

Ziggy + Crackle
Allows thick lightning bolt shapes anywhere. Color must be single-toned and natural to the base.

Crackle + Helix
Can make a thicker, swaying Crackle marking. Tier 4.
